It was as expected, had an enjoyable stay on a business trip. Everything was very good, neat hotel, particularly good location near Brest's famous port. Location: the property was right by the train terminal next to the park, shopping area and railway station and tram. Great to be 300 metres away from Van Der Versch Friterie, enjoyed our meal there.

staff friendly and efficient. Hotel clean and quiet, especially if you get a 'superior' room.
elevator is very small, and each guest needs to go up one by one.

We booked the larger room 307 and it was really great as the weather was so showery. It was a big surprise to have the PC with free WIFI in the room also the great selection of English channels available (made Hubby very happy to see a live Premiership match.)
Bit of a disadvantage having no 'bar' (although some alcohol was available as room service) but we found a great Irish Bar called 'The Tara Inn' near the Port. We don't frequent Irish bars usually but the atmosphere was excellent in O'Reilly's Tara Inn.

The venue was in a central location really close to the castle, train station, and ferry boat terminal. It was very close to the city center.

Perfect balance of moderate price and high quality of service! Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very conveniently located - close to tourist attractions and to all public transportation. I recommend to stay here if you want to save money and you keep good mood :)
The hairdryer in my room did not work and some linens seemed to be not fresh enough (the heavy blanket and one bedsheet) , but the rest was perfect!

A feeling being very welcome appeared from the first step into the hotel because of the extra-ordinary friendlyness of the hotel's personal. The rooms are big and comfortable, the hotel is near the city center and the port and from my window I could see the sea - very nice, even if it was just a business trip. And last but not least, for the breakfast you got a wide range of what you can eat and drink...
There was really nothing to complain about.
